We highly appreciate your trust in our company and wish you much joy with the high-grade, long-lasting products offered by LEDdLux!

Our products are carefully selected and tested. They are manufactured in accordance with ecologically viable operations and using the best materials only. As a result we have full confidence in our goods on offer. For the unlikely event that you may experience a problem,  we are offering an exclusive LEDdLux 2-year warranty on all our products.

Please consider, that the warranty is upheld only in compliance with our terms of use. We disclaim all liability linked to improper handling, mounting and use.

Terms of use

• Electrical devices and components must be installed and serviced by qualified personnel only
• Use only power supply and controller systems intended to be used with LEDdLux products and matching the required power / current. Mind the correct voltage and, if applicable, polarity of the electrical supply
• Protect products from damp or wet (except for especially labeled units such as IP65 classified ones) and avoid temperatures above 45°C or below -10°C
• Provide adequate cooling and/or air circulation. Some models can reach temperatures above 50°C during long-term operation.
• Never stare directly into the light source (LED)!
• Prevent exposure of components to mechanical strain and loads
• Power supply units or any system or component operating on line voltage may not be opened or self-repaired
• We disclaim liability for modified or home-built systems, assemblies or components and any damage which may result from them.
